Medical Assessments

To determine if an employee is fit for duty, various tests can be performed and with medicals being a unique service offering, we have opted to partner up and offer neutral third-party experts who are accredited and have qualified nurses who specialise in medical surveillance.

Together we do your employee medical examinations on your site or at an examinations centre. Section 17 of the MHSA, states that employers must arrange exit medicals for employees. Noncompliance with the act can result in a maximum fine of up to 1 million ZAR.
